PEMERINTAH YANG BODOH ATAU MASYARAKAT YANG DIBODOHI / STUPID GOVERNMENT THE OR SOCIETY WAS FOOLED

Kementerian Kesehatan dan Komisi Penanggulangan AIDS Nasional mengatakan bahwa mereka berhasil menanggulangi HIV/AIDS di Indonesia terbukti dengan semakin banyaknya jumlah penderita HIV/AIDS yang terdata di lapangan. Hal ini terjadi karena semakin banyaknya tempat untuk melakukan konseling (Voluntary Counseling Test = VCT) di seluruh Indonesia sehingga para penderita HIV/AIDS dapat terjangkau di seluruh pelosok tanah air. Serta sesuai dengan teori puncak gunung es, bahwa setiap tahun akan semakin naik jumlah penderita HIV/AIDS.
Keterangan diatas menunjukkan terjadinya pembodohan kepada masyarakat atau pemerintah sendiri yang bodoh ….?

Seharusnya dilakukan pengobatan yang tepat dan benar-benar bisa menyembuhkan/membunuh virus HIV. Bukan melakukan pengobatan dengan terapi seumur hidup yang akhirnya dalam tempo beberapa waktu meninggal juga. Sangat disayangkan program yang dilakukan sia-sia dan tidak mempunyai manfaat sama sekali. Begitu juga dengan anggaran yang dipergunakan tiap tahun terbuang begitu saja tanpa ada hasil.
Appropriate treatment should be done and could actually heal / kill the HIV virus. Not to treatment with lifelong therapy that ultimately died within a few time too. It is unfortunate that the program is done in vain and have no benefits at all. So is the budget that is used each year wasted without any resultsSama halnya dengan salah seorang wanita pekerja seks (WPS) yang terinfeksi HIV di salah satu lokalisasi tenda biru di Cibitung, Tambun, Bekasi. Seorang bidan di Puskesmas Kecamatan dan beberapa anggota LSM sedang melakukan sosialisasi advokasi di lokalisasi tersebut. Sesuai dengan pengakuan bidan tersebut, mereka hanya menganjurkan WPS tersebut menggunakan kondom wanita jika melayani “tamu”. Padahal WPS tersebut minimal setiap malam bisa melayani paling sedikit dua orang “tamu”. Bisa dibayangkan berapa banyak dalam setahun yang bisa tertular HIV/AIDS oleh WPS tersebut walaupun sudah menggunakan kondom.

Dan seorang dokter juga menanggapi hal tersebut bahwa tidak mungkin menghentikan WPS tersebut dari pekerjaannya karena tidak ada pekerjaan lain. Ini berarti pemerintah tidak serius dalam penanggulangan penularan HIV/AIDS di Indonesia. Mereka dengan sengaja menasionalisasikan virus HIV di Indonesia.

Begitu juga dengan RSU Kabupaten Karawang yang tidak mempunyai alat Tes HIV/AIDS (Oktober 2011). Padahal Puskesmas di kecamatan tersebut mempunyai alat tersebut. Ada apa dengan semua ini …???
Sebuah pengakuan dari Kepala Bidang dan Kepala Seksi P2PL di Dinas Kesehatan Karawang, yang bingung bila mereka menemukan penderita HIV/AIDS di daerah yang mereka kunjungi, tidak tahu apa tindak lanjut buat penderita HIV/AIDS. “Kami bingung mau diapakan mereka ... dan kami hanya mengejar target saja buat laporan …”

Apa gunanya ada anggaran HIV/AIDS di ketiga lembaga pemerintahan (Kementerian Kesehatan, Kementerian Sosial dan KPA) dan bantuan asing kalau program yang dijalankan tidak bermanfaat sama sekali. Laporan ketiga lembaga tersebut kepada Presiden SBY bahwa program yang mereka jalankan berhasil di Indonesia. Lagu lama “asal bapak senang” …

Kenapa medis tidak mau mengakui kegagalan atas program yang mereka jalankan selama ini kepada masyarakat dalam penanggulangan HIV/AIDS …??? Tidak usah malu … akui saja kalau gagal … atau takut tidak dapat gaji tambahan dari foundation asing …???
